Σε ένα μήνα και κάτι ψιλά, πιο συγκεκριμένα στις 24 Ιανουαρίου, θα ανακοινωθούν οι υποψηφιότητες για τα φετινά βραβεία Οσκαρ. Αλλά πριν από αυτό, χτες η Ακαδημία ανακοίνωσε τις λίστες σε δέκα κατηγορίες με τις ταινίες που περνάνε στην φάση πριν ανακοινωθεί η τελική ομάδα υποψηφίων σε κάθε μια από αυτές.
Αυτές οι κατηγορίες είναι τα Ντοκιμαντέρ, Διεθνής Ταινία, Μικρού Μήκους Ντοκιμαντέρ, Μακιγιάζ και Κομμώσεις, Μουσική και Τραγούδι, Animation Μικρού Μήκους, Ηχος, Οπτικά Εφέ και Μικρού Μήκους. Οσο αφορά την Διεθνής Ταινία τα «Μαγνητικά Πεδία» του Γιώργου Γούση δεν κατάφεραν να περάσουν στην τελική δεκαπεντάδα (αυξήθηκαν οι ταινίες φέτος από τις δέκα που ήταν πέρσι), στεναχωρώντας ίσως μερικούς που περίμεναν πως τουλάχιστον η ταινία θα κατάφερνε να φτάσει ως εκεί.
Κάθε λίστα αποφασίστηκε από μέλη της κατηγορίας υπό βράβευση, εκτός από την κατηγορία της Διεθνούς Ταινίας στην οποία καλούνται μέλη από όλες τις κοινότητες ακαδημαϊκών μελών. Διαβάστε αναλυτικά παρακάτω τις λίστες.
